Go to the licenses page in Dashboard:
That will tell you how many you can have and then on the Global Sub Page you can see which mode you are operating in:
and the question mark will pop up the information regarding each of the modes it can run:
Also the help menu you can search via the build in manual like this:
which you can then get to the section of the manual that explains all of the licenses and resources as well:
