  • 1.  Font not in drop down options

    I've added it to the font folder for the project, installed it, and reset Studio and the computer multiple times but I can't get it to pop up.

    I have other fonts loaded and I took the same steps to try to load this one without any success. 

    Not sure where I'm going wrong, thank you for the help!

    Right click on the font file and select "install for all users".

    Hi Alexa,

    Should Garners suggestion not solve the problem: are you sure it is a valid font file? Is it an OTF or an TTF file? Can you open the font (and view the glyphs) in Windows? Can you use the font in other software (e.g. Photoshop)? It sounds like a corrupt file or a not supported font file.

    Alexa, have you resolved this yet.  I had something similar happen...  But my issue was that after installed, the font showed up in the dropdown with a different name.  The only way I was able to figure this out was to make sure it was the only font in my font folder and then look for the (private) tag after the font name in the font dropdown.
