I'm getting a Cache Full message but this menu item tells me I have plenty of space. This is the result following a "refresh".

    3861 free for Media 1 & 3.

    3482 free for 2 & 4

What is the File that you are trying to load? Can you post a link to it that I can grab?

Its possible I am misunderstanding the table. Attached are two images showing what I see. This load is typical. There is one big 450 frame .png sequence but even with that, I interpret the table is telling me I have 3750 MB available.

I am not managing my media loads efficiently yet, so this is not a critical issue. But I would like to know how far I can go before I break things.

I think that Second image needs to be Refreshed ..  That 450 frame animation is using 3.56 GB of the 4GB of cache..

I would refresh .. and if that does not change the value put the 450 frame animation into channel 1 or 3 and then refresh..

Channel 1/3 has 4GB and 2/4 has 4GB of Cache

That is after a refresh, but it's possible it didn't finish the refresh when I grabbed the image. No matter. Time for better file management on my side. That big file is an animation with alpha. I needed to go that way because clip player doesn't support alpha and that animation has all sorts of fuzzy edges.

    Thanks Les.

By the way, I'm training a new person on TD2/Dashboard/Carbonite. He's coming off a Sony. Wish me luck!
