Did you just notice something that might make DashBoard better and want to report it to the support team? Here are the steps for getting the error logs:
- Open DashBoard.
- Go the the Help menu from the menu bar.
- Click on "About DashBoard" menu item.
- You will see a window where you will get the details about the version of DashBoard you are using, In that window, click on "Installation Details".
- You will see another window pop up, here you can go to the "Configuration" tab.
- Here, Click on "View Error Log", after clicking you will see the error log in your Default Browser.
- You can copy the error log and send it to us, alternatively, you can send us the log file by navigating to the path shown in the browser's address bar.
