    Hi Brian,

    Thank you for your interest in being trained on a Ross switcher. Are you looking at being trained on Acuity or Carbonite? Or both?

    As a first step, I recommend exploring Ross University, which provides a range of Acuity and Carbonite training videos. This will give you a good foundation on the switchers.

    If you are leaning towards being trained on Carbonite, I recommend downloading the Carbonite Ultra Simulator or registering for a Carbonite Code trial. Either option will allow you to familiarize yourself with the Carbonite user interface while following the Carbonite training videos available through Ross University.
