    I have a Panasonic AW-RP150G at the shading station for 8 PTZ cameras. The card is to trigger a salvo route on our Trinix to send selected camera to the shade QC.
    Everything seems good, but the execution of the salvo is not always solid. 
    If I use a rtr panel to make the salvo route, it is solid. When we use the GPI, not so much. We see the status on the card go from off-on but it does not always make the route, or the wrong route. IE select cam1 and cam2 appears.

    Okay sounds like should open a ticket with support.  They can probably have you run some test steps and pull logs when it passes and fails.
    That sounds for sure like either the GPI is not caught by the card and then sending the message to Ultrix or the ultrix is missing the message.
