Thank you Roman. I have attached my Xpression Package, but I think it might have included every scene from my project, as it took a while to export.
However, it's attached along with some Logos in case you need some files to work with and to identify which scene to look for.
In the future, is it possible to export a single scene and its elements? Without exporting a complete project. I'm not sure if an XML file would carry the build elements.

Question: Do I need two scene directors (In/Out) even though I'm using the same animation for my B2B transition?
Excuse my ignorance, as this is the first time I've done B2B animations. That being said, if I understand your steps correctly, in my Out scene director, I need to add a keyframe in the animation controller, bringing my alpha to 0%, and then how far should I bring it back in? If my understanding is wrong, could you please elaborate on your guidance.
I find this odd because I have a duplicate of the same scene but on this scene I do have two B2B scene directors (In and Out) and I did a simple fade in/fade out and it didn't work neither, when transitioning between logos instead of them fading In and Out, I get a jump cut when I transition between the different logos. I can upload a sample later today.

I seen your example. You will need in the B2B out animation set a disable or alpha = 0 key for the logo quad in position, when the stinger video hide logo.

Hi there Roman I have a similar issue with my scene. I tried downloading your project but when I deploy it gives me an error that there was a problem with the package.
I have a scene where I want to play a transition when going back-to-back, but the Material face or object will be different. My IN/OUT are good. My problem is when my B2B plays, after my transition, I see my last logo for a brief second, and then it cuts to my new one. Any thoughts?

There is one thing you must remember.
In the outgoing scene objects are only visible if they have any animation key in the in the out scene director.
