I seem to recall that there was some kind of software bug like this but that that was fixed quite quickly.

Subject: Import issue after 8.3.3 update
After updating to 8.3.3, my Tria+ has been cutting off the first 3 seconds of audio on all imported clips. Videos imported before update occurred play correct, but the same files imported after 8.3.3 cut off 3 seconds of audio. Is this a me problem or are others having the same issue? Is there somewhere that I can find the software versions so I can revert? I currently have to add a 5 second pad to all my videos to get them to import with a full audio track.
