What is your version and build of XPression INcoder?
What are the files types and codecs of the files being transcoded?
What are the resolutions of the file types being transcoded?
What hardware (specifically the CPU) is INcoder installed on?
Are you sending transcoded clips to an output folder or an XPression Clip Store?
Can you send the log file for INcoder for a day that had the issue? C:\ProgramData\Ross Video\XPression\XPression INcoder\logs

Hi all
I'm having a problem where the incoder suddenly stopped working. After processing a few files, it crashes and disconnects. Everything was working fine last week, but today it disconnects and says "Failed to start the XPression incoder". Does anyone have any ideas?
