  • 1.  Issues Connecting Dashboard to a Schindler MVPHD24

    Im having some issues connecting dashboard to a Schindler box.

    we have two MacBook Air, an M1 and an M2.

    the Schindler is plugged into a wireless router via cat6 and has an ip address of 10.0.2.1

    the M2 finds and connects to the network, just like the M1. 

    we have in the past setup dashboard to connect and run the Schindler on the M1 with no issues. However now we're switching to the newer M2 MacBook. I've installed the latest version of dashboard, its set to auto discover devices, it finds the MVPHD and automatically adds it to the tree, but it doesn't give me the little green dot on its listing in the tree. What am I missing here??

    Hi Chance,

    Sounds like the Schlinder is offline. In the application menu bar, can you click on Views > openGear Debug Information, that should open a debug console on the right side. Try to connect again while having the debug open, do you see anything printed in the debug console?
