Production Switchers

Trying to figure out how to create a playlist list of lowerthirds. I've got the graphics created and can use them whenever I want. But I would like to place them in order of when they will be on camera for quicker access. This is common , but for some reason I can't find it in my Carbonite Ultra media bins. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can use a production sequencer for this use case.

If you are doing this in an External CG it would then need to be done in it -- or in this sequencer but using device controls.  I am not sure where you found the Term Carbonite ultra media bins but that is not something in Carbonite switchers or a term used by Ross Video in our switcher products.

My workflow is to make the images in xpression and export them as single images. This makes them .png. Then use FileZilla to send them over to Carbonite in a specific folder. I then create a separate custom control for each one. I put Custom Controls in record mode and just drag and drop the lower3rd I need into GFX 1 and then stop the record. I then give it a title. 

These CC's live in the user buttons in the PGM bus of my Touchdrive. So right there in front of me is a row with the lower 3rd titles. I also put them in order of appearance sometimes. 

Making these .pngs and having the custom control playback means the graphic recalls immediately. If you use RossTalk with xpression, there is a delay. But that way also works well and has less steps.
