That image is showing the Soft Panel Bus map?
Are you asking where to change the physical panel bus map? If that is the question that is done on the Panel Connection instance of dashboard and the personality.
There are 4 DashBoard Connections for UI display. 5253 for the Main Panel, 5255 for Sat 1 Panel, 5256 for Sat 2 Panel and 5257 for the SoftPanel.
Each Panel requires it's own connection so that Panel Link and Personality settings (including each panel having it's own Bus Map) are all located in it's dashboard connection port.

quick follow up on the original question- is there a way to change the busmap in dashboard to show the panel? I tried your example, and it pulls up the softpanel like the image shows, but how can I get it to show the panel busmap instead? It's probably something simple I'm overlooking.
