Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with a PNG sequence containing 62 frames that plays flawlessly in Media #2 on our Carbonite Ultra Touch drive panel 3. However, when I attempt to use the same file on our Carbonite Ultrix, it plays at a noticeably faster speed, which alters the presentation effect. I have already uploaded the file to a USB drive and placed it in Media #2, mirroring the setup from the Carbonite Ultra. I suspect there may be a crucial setting I am overlooking that could resolve this issue. I would greatly appreciate any insights or guidance you could offer to help me rectify this situation. 

Are both systems set to operate at the same frame rate? It sounds like one is set to 29.97  and the other is at 59.94.
