  • 1.  Media Store capture not working

    We've just installed a new carbonite ultra 60 and TD3 panel. I've been trying to capture stills to the media storage, but I'm not having any luck. First, I tried creating a custom control to capture stills quickly and easily, but the custom control didn't seem to work. So I tried going through the dashboard and selecting Capture from the Media Manager. When I click "Capture", a window opens that says "Capturing" Please Wait, but nothing happens. I've tried multiple settings and sources, but nothing seems to work.

    Am I looking in the wrong place for my captured images? Shouldn't they be capturing to USB?

    Totally lost.

    On Ultra60 it captures to the Internal 818GB SSD.

    What version is your U60 running? (DashBoard Status Menu)

    Hi Les,

    We're on version 9.1.1.13797

    I assumed captures might have been placed in the mediastore directory, but when I refresh nothing shows up.

    I am on same version.

    I am putting Media 4 on MiniME1 as a BKGD just so that I can have something to capture (no other inputs currently)

    after Capture

    Says it is SSD.0079 for ID and location

    And it is in the captures location of the SSD.

    That's the exact procedure I follow, but after I click capture there is no image in the media store.

    I notice we don't have a "captures" folder in the mediastore directory. Is that supposed to be created automatically?

    I am not sure then.  Best to open a ticket with Tech Support then and they can follow up with you to troubleshoot.  They may need to get logs from the system to help identify why your having an issue.
