Production Switchers

Just wondering the easiest way of moving Media Stores from the capture folder to a newly create folder on a Carbonite Ultra.
Seems like I need to restart the switcher after moving files but don't think that's the right way of doing it.
Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciate.

We recently added a "refresh" button to the Media Store page so that after doing a FTP transfer you can tell the Carbonite to do the Refresh right then.

Does version 6.6.7 have the Refresh or do we need to upgrade to v7?

7.1   Which might still need an update on the overdrive side to be supported though.
