Production Switchers

Having two issues with our Solo 13 AIO. 

First is that our menu buttons click and browse the the menus just fine but when rotating the pots they don't scroll.

Second is that our mnemonics 5-8 are all swapped. For example, when I select mnemonic 7 on the preset bus it loads the source for mnemonic 5 into preview despite being a different source assignment. Same goes for 6 and 8. It's just those four though. 1-4 are fine.

Please call tech support so that they can work with you regarding these issue...  They can walk you through some trouble shooting to see if there needs to be configuration changes or if there is something weird an need to swap it out if it is under warranty.
