  • 1.  Mediastore glitch?

    Hi all,

    Wanted to ask for some help with a glitch I'm experiencing.

    I have some custom controls set up which control the MediaStores but I'm finding that occasionally the Carbonite Ultra is 'forgetting' what the steps are and showing an error.  Specifically, it's erroring out on the CC steps that involve Mediastore attributes such as Capture Source, X and Y positioning and reverse direction.

    I've attached my saved set, the 'offending' CCs are: 102, 103, 108, 110 (there are a couple of others but all doing the same thing wrong) and we're running the latest Carbonite Ultra firmware 7.1 and Dashboard 9.4.1. Please could someone advise if I'm doing something wrong?!

    These events are not "supported" events to actually record into the custom control.

    That is why when loaded up those lines show up as Invalid.

    I will forward the request to get those added to Carbonite as custom controllable items
