  • 1.  Memory Recall Change In Behaviour

Hi, I wonder if you can help with a small issue I'm having.

I have (amongst many others!) a couple of Custom Controls which simply activate a memory recall.  They are designed to be used together using two keyers on MiniME2.
On one memory, one keyer is visible and centred on the screen, the second keyer is off (to keep the tally off) and positioned off screen on the right.  On the other, both keyers are visible and on in a two box arrangement.  I have attached two images to illustrate.

Since we upgraded to Version 7 I have noticed that the position change on the second keyer is not seen as part of the transition and this seems to be the case if the keyer changes from on to off.  I was wondering if this is a bug or a change to the behaviour of the effect dissolve?

    Thank you in advance

Can you share the File Setup and specify which memories and which custom controls to look at?

also version 7.1 is not on the website and has some functions related to memories that we implemented

    Thank you Les,

I have attached our mixer set.

confirmed it is related to ON AIR state..  If the Key is off Air then it will just dissolve it to the finished desired State.  The flip side of this behavior is if it were to be a keyer setup with different sources or key type then it would glitch in view..  I will see if they can look at some way of doing the position manipulation after doing the Keyer source / type changes..
