  • 1.  Memory Recall in CC

    OK so I have built 2 Memory in ME1 that is a simple eff trans of a 2 DVE Slide over to the left and then another to slide them back off.  When I run them it makes the moves just fine.  However when I drop them into a CC so I can add a CG key downstream on ME3 at the same time the memory recall doesn't make the move. It just cuts the effect with no transition.  What step am I missing here.  I figured it would be very easy.

    Hi Chris,

    From the Status Page in DashBoard can you tell me the Engine Type and the Software Version you are on?  the Effects dissolve should be working like you expect.

    Howdy Les,
    Here is the info: Engine type: carbonite black plus
    Software version 15.0.4.18626

    I am really stumped because when I have done it in the past on all various types of Switchers it has just worked.
