    Hi there 

    I am experiencing a new issue with our Mira+ 6 channel server.  I had a student producer work a volleyball game (I couldn't attend) and forgot to end the record on Mira.  Soaked up all the disk space over the course of a weekend.  I deleted that video file and event in order to record other content.  But now. the server is not allowing me to delete files, change names, add folders and organize content into those folders. I can record a new multicamera replay event, but I can't change names or delete individual files that are not part of a multi-camera replay event.  If anyone has any insights or ideas, I'd be appreciative of any suggestions or potential remedies.

    Hi Greg,

    from your description, it sounds like you are logged in as a guest, without permission to rename, delete, etc.

    Try to close the Mira Explorer app, and run it again.

    on the log-in window , make sure Privileged User or Admin are selected.

    Let us know if it solves the issue.
