    We've got a setup that requires the use of a NDI discovery server on our network. Is it possible to set this up in Dashboard for panels to be used on an Ultritouch 2 or 4 so they go to the server to look for the list of sources?

    Hi Scott
    The NDI library used on Ultritouch use a standard NDI Finder as created by the NDI SDK. If the finder is able to automatically detect and use the discovery server on the network, it should be usable by panels on the Ultritouch.

    The discovery server is built by NDI and needs to be told what IP address it's located at. It's used when mDNS can't be used on a network and it collates what sources are available. 

    It would need to be implemented by Ross as a function in dashboard that could be set either as a global variable or per ndi output on a panel. 

    Is it possible to get this added?

    Thanks for the suggestion, Scott. We're in the process of planning DashBoard's upcoming releases and I'm sorry to say that we have several high priority requests that we'll be addressing before this one. I will add it to our backlog and you'll hear from us if we do implement it.
