  • 1.  Need help with box width using visual logic

    I am using Visual Logic to affect the width of my background boxes for lower thirds. I am using Bounding Box width and offset in Visual Logic. When the text starts expanding, the box expnds too, but grows from the center of the box. Attached is a photo of my setup. I went through a Ross tutorial on YouTube and understand it, but it is still not working as I need it to. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

    use the "Pivot" tool, upper left on your tool bar. Set the pivot point to left edge of the quad you are using as a BG. That should take care of it.
