Sounds like someone edited the Bus Map assignments on the panel.

Press MENU > CONFIG > BusMap.Now you can then use the Knobs to adjust the sources of each button

We have a Carbonite Black Solo 13 and recently, one of the guys on our Production Team configured two additional PTZ cameras for us. I was actually a bit surprised that he was able to get them setup in Dashboard, display properly on the MultiViewer and appear correctly on the control surface. Unfortunately, I noticed that since he did that, we no longer have Black on the first button of either our Program or Preview bus. He claims he did nothing to cause that. Both of us looked through the documentation we have as well as checking every screen in Dashboard and can't seem to find out how to make those buttons access and display black to either the program or preview. Can you walk us through the steps or should we contact our integrator? Thanks.
