  • 1.  News with lebelled sections

HI all, I am newby to Xressioan and my company ask for a rss datalinq source project like this

I have to design something like this (the graphic is a little fast just to see the function), there are 5 sections (Words in first line labbelled with white bg) that corresponds a number of news bellow the title (3-8 not fixed), when the section ends follows the next and at the end loops again ti the first (checking rss if there are fresh news)
Design & datalinq is ready  but I have no idea about the visual logic behind... is it possible to do it only with visual logic or we have to write extended scripts?
Can anybody help with an example or tutorial.
    I will appreciate any help.
    Chris

If it is just jumping you can do with visual logic, the most simple is to have 5 objects for the body text and 10 objects for the title. Then use numbers 1 through 5 to show hide using visual logic based on a value.

Can you tell me how this will be controlled, operator or automation for example?

Thank you Simon, Automation, "set it and forget it"… remember that the section are standard 5 but the children news are 3-8. The objects are ready as you said 10 for the title state (5 active 5 inactive) and five text for the description.I don have it with the visual logic. Could you build an example for help?

    Regards

    Chris
