    Hello.

    There is a need to synchronize the clock on the Multiviewer (Carbonite Black & Carbonite ULTRA).

    Is it possible to accept NTP on Carbonite Black or Carbonite ULTRA?

    At this time there is no way to use NTP..  However this is a device that has been used in many installations where a Master Sync Generator with LTC is not available.
