Hi. I have an OG card frame that's been sitting in the box for 2+ years. I', trying to deploy it now, but no matter how the internal DIP switch is set, the default IP address remains 0.0.0.0. Any help? -D

Hi Darren,

Which MFC-xx card do you have in the frame. 

On the MFC card if you set DIP switch #1 ON and #2 OFF, the IP address will be 192.168.2.1. 
If you connect your laptop directly to the frame, you should be able to ping and connect the frame to Dash Board. 
See below picture of the DIP switch settings.

I found the issue. We have several switch ports that, regardless of vlan assignment, would not do dhcp due to role.  I got it straightened out.
