    Hi there!

    I'm working on a PC application, implementing the OpenGear Protocol for evaluation purpose. I h've got an OG frame with MFC-OG3-M and VAC-100 available for testing.

    When querying the descriptors of all device parameters, the MFC-OG3-M returns several descriptors indicating data type 17 (0x11). It seems a kind of string parameter, but different from STRING_PARAM (type 7). This data type is not included in the openGear Development Guide document that I have available here. The document has a quite old revision 03, published in April 2008.

    How can I get an update of this document or any other information about this data type?
