We've recently added an Ultritouch 2HR to our facility to give an operator easy access to routing certain sources in our Ultrix FR5. The problem seems to be that the only way we can give access to a cut-down soft panel with only certain destinations/sources available is to give full access to all other soft panels as well. Even using a custom panel with Ultrix commands assigned to buttons requires that the devices be connected and the Ultritouch being signed into the Ultrix as a user, which again gives full access to all available soft panels, so that does not seem to solve the issue either. Is there a way to restrict access to only selected soft panels for the user signed into the Ultrix via the Ultritouch?
