  • 1.  PIP Closed Captioning not following postioning of Live CC

    Hello,

     We are using our Ultriscape in a live environment. It was noticed during our last live golf event that the CC displayed within our PIPs do not follow what the CC writer has for positioning of her CC. Meaning the writer had the CC formatted to display on the top of the Screen not. Our PIP was displaying on bottom. We were able to call up the CC on a separate monitor to confirm CC positioning. Is there a way for the CC in our PIP to "follow" the formatting the CC writer has defined?

    Hi Steve
    That is correct. The Ultriscape captions display is a text box that is configurable in size and can be placed anywhere inside (or outside) of the PIP itself.
    More information available here starting on page 47 

    Unfortunately, we do not have a mode to display captions exactly as they were encoded.
    This is a good feature request though and I will add it to our Cue.
