We have 5 Ross PTZ cameras (3 PTZ-12G and 2 PivotCam SE) and up until today the tally status was working fine. Today, for some reason, I could not get the tally lamps to light (red or green) initially on amy of them, either on the camera or on a status indicator we have programmed for them on Dashboard. As part of my troubleshooting, I checked the setting on the web browser for two of the individual cameras and noticed that they were both disabled. However, when I re-enabled them, one seemed to be "stuck" on red while the other was on green. When I re-enabled all of them, only the one that was on red stayed one and all others were completely off. This was no matter whether the camera on the control surface (Carbonite Solo13) was in program, preview or standby. In addition, a few of the cameras were unresponsive to pan, tilt or zoom.until I activated an older version of our custom Dashboard panels although it has been working fine for several months now. In addition, I also tried rebooting each of the cameras from the web app but that did not seem to effect it at all. Right now, although I am operational (I can control all 5 cameras), I still do not have tally status, either on the cameras or in Dashboard. Any thoughts?
