Production Switchers

While we aren't (yet) going to get a new setup with the full Carbonite Ultra equipment, something that I am working on acquiring is an audio interface to work with our Tricaster system. While obviously overkill for what we need, is the RAVE interface capable of acting as an audio interface? I see the USB-B connection on the back, would that work with a computer? This way, if/when we expand into a new system, we already have part of it present within the setup.

The RAVE ABU is not a USB Interface.  That unit is going to embed and dis embed audio via the SDI paths.  It also relies on VANC data to control the device.
USB interface is only for firmware upgrades and has no Audio Device interface.
