I renamed a source in an Ultrix database in the Name column of the Sources tab.  I see the update in the table and it pushed the new name out to the MultiViewers.  It did not update the name in any of the Panels.  I have done this successfully before but this behavior is new.  Is there a way to push this out to the Panels?  Do I need to switch databases and re-activate the current database?  If I load a new database will it hold all the current crosspoints?

Which panels do you have? Ultritouch, RCP QE or ME ?

Do you use alisases? if an alias table is selected as an overlay on your panels configuration the default name (located in the DB where you make the update) is overlayed with the one of the alisases table. 

You can go in the tree and see if you have aliases overlay tables. Then on you configuration> panels double check if there is no alisases overlay selected. 

For the RCP ME or QE perhaps it could solve the problem to just refresh or make a simple change and send the config just to refresh the labels
