  • 1.  Restore configuration to Carbonite Black solo with Dashboard

    Hi,

    After a power supply outage, my carbonite black solo lost all its configuration.
    Therefore, I tried to restore it with Dashboard. But, impossible to do so ("not available").

    Is it like OpenGear Ross cards which need a separate module to enable the restore function in Dashboard? Or, did I misread the manual ?

    Show and configuration Files require that you save them to USB.  You can not save the configuration of the device in DashBoard and restore it in dashboard like a gear card.
