  • 1.  Roll Clip Button using Tria

    Hello.  

    We currently just installed our second TDx3 in Acuity mode in our control room A over the weekend.  An issue I am seeing is related to using the roll clip button.  

    I have a Tria connected via VDCP.  I know its connected as I can refresh the clips and see, cue, and play clips from the Tria. 

    The issue I am seeing, which did not happen in the first control room, is when I click on the roll clip button it won't stay on and I get an error that no VTR device is either assigned or available.(Don't remember the exact error).

    I believe they are able to roll the clips via their custom controls so figure this is probably just a setting I am missing somewhere.

    This sounds like the Inputs do not have the Device ports assigned to them.
