If you are in a situation where you want to use an older version of DashBoard when you have a newer version already installed, Here are the steps #TeamDashBoard recommends for Windows and Linux:
- Copy the metadata folder: Copy the workspace folder found in the DashBoard installation folder.
- Back up all the Custom Panels that you may need.
- Uninstall the newer version of DashBoard.
- Delete all the installation files if you need to clean everything.
- Install the desired older version of DashBoard.
The workspace folder is important as it contains all the structural information of the installation including the preferences so that you don't have to set it again!
