Hi Christoper,
You probably already know; You could use Bitfocus Companion to achieve this? If not, here is an explanation:
If Companion is added as a RossTalk device in Dashboard, a Custom Control could trigger a (pre-programmed) button on a Companion page, which in turn would send a cut command to the Constellation mixer.
The computer running Companion (same as Dashboard, probably) would need to be on the same network as both units. Companion would need to be set up as a RossTalk Listener.
Also, in Companion, you would need to add a "Connection" to the Constellation mixer. Use the " Blackmagic Design ATEM" module/connection type. Create a button from scratch with the desired command(s) or use the presets from the Atem module.
Here is a video explaining more in detail about triggering Companion buttons using RossTalk:

Subject: Ross Dashboard/Ross talk to a Blackmagic Constellation 2 M/E Switcher
Hi Everyone,
I am not sure if this is the correct community to post this in but I am looking for some help. I am trying to send a command from ross talk to a Blackmagic design Constellation 2 m/e switcher. I just need it to do a simple cut to another input when I give it the crosstalk command from dashboard. Is this possible? Does ross talk have a command to send a UDP OSC command that the constellation can listen to? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
