Patrick contacted me via PM, so my reply was also not visible in this thread. It is working now. Thanks for your fantastic support. Is there a way to mark this post as answered or finished?
See you soon.

Probably need to see some screenshots of the license tool to see if something is wrong.

Hey, you guys are awesome – quick and to the point. Thanks for the trial license. I followed the instructional video but I'm having a problem. In the licensing tool, the provided key is checked as valid, but when I connect and update licenses, nothing shows up in the licensed feature window. If I try to open XPression Trial, I get a warning: "No valid XPression Trial License was found on this dongle."
Is there something I'm missing? Does the Machine Info have to match certain server information? Also, the trial license doesn't contain a customer name, ID, or department.
Best regards,
Phil

Hi Phil,
The XPression team does have demo software for freelancers.
I will tag @Patrick Twomey here who can point you in the right direction.

Hello Guys and Ross Team,
I am occasionally booked as an Audio Engineer or Set Technician by a small SNG company. The SNG utilizes Ross Hardware, such as the Carbonite Mixer, Mira+, Xpression Studio, and so on. In cases where there isn't a designated Graphic Operator assigned to a production, there are instances where the Production Engineer suddenly needs to work with the Xpression, even though he has other tasks to attend to. In order to assist them, I would like to become familiar with the Xpression and learn the basics. Unfortunately, since I live at a distance, access to the Xpression outside of actual productions is not feasible.
Now to my question: Is there a demo version available with limited features or watermarks that I could use to practice and learn the software at home?
Best regards, Phil
