    If I was given a blank template a spinning wheel, how exactly would I keyframe and position the text rotating at the same time that the wheel does? any tips and help is greatly appreciated!!

    Position your Text Objects onto your wheel with the proper angles/rotation on each, then make everything be a child of your wheel object. Then as you rotate the wheel, the text objects will come with!
