  • 1.  RRB-UCP Joystick Backlit controlling?

    Dear all,

    How to adjust the Backlit brightness of RRB-UCP dual joystick buttons? 
    ( Camera Selection Buttons,  Action Buttons).
    The default brightness is high and no manual control knob is visible.   
    Is it possible to adjust through the Smartshell software or any shortcut buttons there?

    Hi Ajaya,

    Unfortunately, there is no option to reduce the brightness of the RRB-xxx LED/buttons.  The RRB-xxx hardware would require a rework to enable this option.  As a work-around, some customers wishing to reduce the brightness have popped the clear button face off each button and added a hand cut tinted gel or tinted acetate sheet.  I understand this is not an ideal solution.

    I have taken your request and added it as a future feature/hardware enhancement, but I am unable to provide you with any sort of time frame as to when this would be implemented.
