  • 1.  Save Failed Carbonite Black

    Hello!
    When I try to save a complete profile in the switcher, I get the error message: Save Failed.
    I can load previous saved profiles normally, but can't save new ones or modify existing profiles.

    I would consider trying another USB drive.  It is possible that it's having write fails to the usb..

    I would back it up at this point to a PC.. try a format of the drive to FAT32 and put the files back on and see if it works

    If not .. try another USB and again format it FAT32.
