  • 1.  Save the memory, but the mask function is not saved.

    I use a Ross Acuity switcher. When I create windows for use with 3 masks and save the memory,  when I turn off mainframe and turn on again the masks value are not correct recall this memory.

    How to solve the problem?

    Can you supply us with the Version number you are running (it's on the Home screen) and also the File set along with which memories you are seeing this issue with?

    Possibly also a video - even from a phone - that will show what the memory should look like and what is happening after the recall?  thank you.
