Production Switchers

Greetings,

We are having issues with our switcher settings saving. We have a setup where we use automation as well as manual configurations. Therefore, we switch back and forth between the two of them. We do this by loading the switcher settings specific to either the manual or automation sets.

As of late, changes to the memories do not save and recall even after saving the sets in dashboard. 

Also, we have made naming changes to the inputs on the switcher and they too do not stray saved. 

Can someone one help?

This sounds like a fault condition and it is not normal behaviour. I would recommend that you contact our tech support dept directly and they will help you identify the issue and resolve it.
