For determining the max width of the three rows, you can use the "Max Value" option...
Adding a "Offset" at the "out" of this control gives you the ability to create some space between the (longest) text and the background quad.

Do you mean trying to scale the X?
In VL just put all the BoundingBox.WidthScaled of the fields into Math->Max Value and assign that to the quad.
I would imagine you would scale the Y based on adding the HeightScaled from the objects.

Hello Everyone,
I feel I'm over thinking this so I wanted to share to see if anyone might have a better way of doing this.
I'm working on a very simple lower 3rd. It has a quad for a background and three lines of text. I'm trying to scale the quad's Y based on the longest line's text box. I've made different combinations in visual logic but I'm having conflicting things happen so it will not work.
Name Line
Top Line
Bottom Line
Background
Anyone have a simple way of having it look for the longest line and use that text box with for an input selector to change the scale of the background? I really think I'm over thinking this. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You
