Yeah, I think child scenes within scene groups don't actually "run".
This might be something I would have an EventMarker do. You would have an event marker in each of the child scenes, but set it (through Visual Logic) to only be visible if there's no text data in the field for that child scene (or some other method of signifying the end of the list). Then you can edit the EventMarker OnShow to take another TakeItem online

Subject: Scenedirector Triggers in Scenegroups
Hi,
We have been trying to use scenedirector triggers to trigger a logo to fade on after a credit roll and have been running into an issue. When we put a trigger in a normal scene and run it, we have no problems. But, when that trigger is in a scene that is part of a scenegroup, it no longer will trigger the scenedirector. We have tried using scenegroups to roll the credits and also tried adding the credits to a group on the playout side and running the roll from the group and neither will acknowledge any triggers.
We are trying to set up the credits to be a template that would run at varying lengths so we don't want to use any time based triggers, we just want to have the logo at the end fade up after the credit roll has ended. Any ideas on how we can achieve this or if there is a weird setting that I have to turn on or off that I am missing?
Thanks!
