Hi!
We have some of our graphical elements made in after effects that get imported to tria for playback. They are exported as quicktime .MOVs and typically they import and play just fine.
There are a select few elements that when we import them to Tria, we get a few glitchy lines of grey in the alpha channel only for a frame or 2. The weird thing is no matter how many times we re-export the element from After Effects, the glitch happens in the same point in the video. (I attached images to see what I mean.) Different gfx have different glitches, but when the same gfx gets re-exported, even with a different file duration, the glitch happens in the same spot. We tried changing the elements within the graphic and we still get the glitch. (I added a few files from the same graphic, with different elements populating it for reference)
I actually suspect that this is an export issue from after effects, but when I bring the element into AE and go to the exact glitch frame, i see nothing. Ive brought the clip into an xpression to see the key/fill and saw nothing. but Ive imported the file into multiple trias and i always see the glitch.
Im curious if anyone has seen anything like this on import to a tria or mira??? Our boxes are less than a year old, so I wouldnt be surprised if its an AE project issue, but i thought id see what the community thought.
Thanks!
