  • 1.  Send CC from Carbonite to Acuity

    I am trying to send a custom control from a Carbonite Ultra to an Ultrix Acuity. I set up the Acuity according to these directions and have the Acuity setup as a device on the Carbonite. When I fire the CC on the Carbonite that is supposed to fire CC 2:02 on the Acuity nothing happens. Is there a way to verify that the communication is actually happening.

    For Acuity remove the Colon and just send CC 202

    Setup on one of our demo systems I logged into



    I just used DashBoard to send the command and it worked perfect.
    Make sure that the IP address you are putting in for the Acuity on the Carbonite Device page is the Switcher Panel and not the Switcher Frame IP address.
