  • 1.  Shot Box doesn't match setup in DashBoard

    Hey there!

    We are using a Custom Control Shot Box to execute custom controls on our Acuity and it is set up thru the DashBoard. Yesterday we noticed that the buttons on the box no longer match the way they are setup in the DashBoard and I can't figure out why they would've just changed. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    Are you using the shotbox through the OverDrive system?

    Acuity direct control of shotboxes are configured via the Acuity Shot Box menus and not via dashboard.

    We do use OverDrive and have been using DashBoard to configure the Shot Box. We did a power cycle and it seems to be correct again, so far.

    Okay so in the future if having issues regarding it I would use the OverDrive section only because any Acuity users would be asking to see the config and logs from the Acuity not the OverDrive.
