Is there a programmatic way to control a SmartShell instance via an API? I have the Furio API but need to be able to reenable slaving from a specific smartshell via a network command after its been controlled elsewhere. The slaving enable command is for the connected port session, and doesn't re-establish SmartShell control.

    Hi Sim,

No, SmartShell does not accept remote commands.

Damn. Any chance I could do it via the Furio API and tell it to connect to another instance?

Unfortunately, your use case is one for which the current software and API provides no hooks.

You might look into using third party automation tools to click the OPERATE button.
