Production Switchers

Hello, my name is Evgeniy, I am an engineer at the Inter TV channel from Ukraine Kyiv. I have 2 Carbonite Black Plus and 2 consoles (one console is 1 ME, 1 console is 2 ME). I want to update the firmware on two frames and two consoles so that they all have the same firmware. Now one Carbonite has firmware 15.6.1.19113 (serial number 50220837007), the second Carbonite has firmware 13.0.4.17417 (serial number 50184997009).On the 1 ME panel there is firmware 1.5 Built 530 SW.RevReq 1.4 (Serial Number 50215715013 Board Rev2), on the 2 ME panel there is firmware 1.4 built 512 SW.RevReq 1.5 (Serial number 50220618014 Board Rev2). And when connecting consoles to different frames, Required SW Revision Mismatch appears. Can you help me with this problem. Thank you

You can download the upgrades from here:

And you can upgrade the panels and frames with the files in the downloads.  Once that is done and you have the panels and frames on the same versions you will no longer have this issue.
