    Hi. Is there a good way to manage a soccer team's tactical setup, e.g. 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 5-3-2 etc. using visual logic and datatlinq? I want to manage the positioning of 10 quad objects (11 is the goalkeeper and will always be in the same position). There are always 3 lines of field players. Each can contain 1 to 5 players. The sorting of numbers should always be from left to right in order 1 to 10. I am using xpression version 9.5. I am not good at scripting. Is there a way to edit the tactical setup in the mother scene so that the changes are visible in various other scenes? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    Thank you, but that's not what I mean. I need to manually select a defined tactical formation in 3 lines: line 1: 1-5 players, line 2: 1-5 players, line 3: 1-5 players, where the sorting will be from left to right in order of 1 to 10 players. The number of players in a line should be defined so that I can choose in 3 fields of the excel file, e.g.: A1 - 3, A2 - 4, A3 - 3.

    Thank you very much for your help. There is another problem though. Formations can have additional variants of the positions of individual players. How can I determine the xy position of a player (quad/player) using excel and VL? (excel data>VL>quad xy)
